【摘要】 叙述了镁基铁水炉外脱硫工艺技术研究的简要过程,分析了镁脱硫的原理及影响镁脱硫的因素。试验结果表明:镁基炉外脱硫工艺可行,该工艺具有设备简单、投资低、脱硫效率高、渣量少、铁损低和成本适中等优点。该试验研究的成功打破了国外认为用镁基脱硫剂进行脱硫,只能在100t以上,喷吹深度大于2m铁水包内进行的论断。更多还原
