【摘要】 市场经济在高效运行的同时，其负效率状态也日益明显，我们称之为“低效困境”，困境来源于市场本身的交易费用过大、市场主体不合作行为增加、搭便车现象频繁、经济发展后续动力不足。为此，新古典经济学派、新制度经济学派等各经济学派都做了富有成效的工作，但所有学派都没有找到令人满意的答案。本文认为，为解决这一问题，有必要引入新的市场经济要素———道德资本要素，这是继管理、创新和信息之后的又一新的资本要素。更多还原

【Abstract】 With market-oriented economy working in high efficiency,the state of it’s minus efficiency becomes clearer and clearer.Because of this,we call it “Inefficient Difficult Position”.All of these come from too high trade cost of market-oriented economy,raising of non-cooperative behavior in main body of market,frequency of “free rider” behavior and lack succeeded motivation of economy development.Diffrent economy schools have done effectual work to solve this problem,such as New Classical Economy School,New System Economy School and so on.However,none of them can solve the problem completely.Our view of this is that it is necessary to introduce “moral capital”——a new factor of Market-oriented economy to solve this problem,which is another new capital factor,following“management”“creation”and “information”.更多还原
