【摘要】 为探寻防治牛蛙红腿病的有效方法，通过药物敏感试验筛选出几种敏感药物，结合自制的红腿净，对人工感染红腿病的牛蛙及其蝌蚪进行药物对比性治疗试验，并对２个蛙场自然发生红腿病的牛蛙进行了现场防治试验．结果表明，庆大霉素、卡那霉素、链霉素、土霉素、四环素、红霉素为牛蛙红腿病病原菌高度敏感药物；以腹腔注射庆大霉素兼用红腿净浸泡治疗牛蛙红腿病疗效最佳，以红腿净浸泡结合口服土霉素治疗牛蛙蝌蚪红腿病，效果较好；发病前用药预防比出现病症时用药效果要好更多还原

【Abstract】 The experiment of comparative treatment of drugs to bullfrogs was conducted,aiming at finding out an effective method to prevent and cure the red leg disease in bullfrogs.It adopted the self made drug of red leg cleaned and several other drugs screened through a way of drug sensitive test to the artificially infected bullfrogs.The treatment was also done to naturally infected bullfrogs in two frog breeding farms.The results showed that gentamicin,kanamycin,streptomycin,terramycin,tetracycline,erythromycin were high sensitive medicines to the pathogenic bacteria.Drug effect aquired in the prevention experiment was better than that in the cure experiment.The intra abdominal injection of gentamicin to the bullfrogs soaked in red leg cleaned solution led to the best cure result.Also,the oral administration of terramycin to the frogs soaked in red leg cleaned solution led to a satisfactory result.更多还原
