油茶皂角苷的纯化与含量测定

【摘要】 为了进一步改进油茶皂角苷的提取纯化工艺 ,经试验筛选出了一种灵敏度高、操作简单、重现性好的分析方法 .样品用薄层层析方法进行纯化 ,以 8%的香草醛 ,77%硫酸溶液为显色剂 ,测定波长为 5 5 0 nm,显色温度为 60℃ ,反应时间为 15 min,供试样品测定提取的油茶皂角苷的含量可达 92 .7%

【Abstract】 This paper summarized that the pure products of thea saponin could be obtained by using the method of thin layer chromatography.The quantitation of thea saponin in product was raised to 92.7% by using the method of quantitative determination in which the 8.0% vanilinalcohol solution and 77% sulfuric acid were used as colour reagents.The wave length was measured to be 550 nm,the colour reaction temperature was 60 ℃ and the reaction time is 15 minutes.This method was better than other three methods in sensitivity,operation and repeatability.
