ELECTROMAGNETIC REFLECTION FROM NONUNIFORM MAGNETIZED PLASMA SLAB
【摘要】 给出了用于分析多层磁化等离子体介质板的电磁反射、吸收和传输系数的新技术———散射矩阵法(SMM).在这个分析技术中,冷的、稳态、碰撞、磁化的非均匀等离子体板被模拟成许多层.每层中的等离子体具有固定的电子密度,但整个层中等离子体的电子密度剖面满足实际的分布函数.在极限情况下,本文结论与已有文献的结果相一致.在等离子体中电子密度为抛物线剖面分布的情况下,分析了它的电磁反射特性随非均匀等离子体参数和等离子体介质板厚度的变化规律
【Abstract】 A new analytical technique for obtaining a complete set of reflection, absorption and transmission coefficients for a stratified plasma slab is presented and named as scattering matrix method (SMM). The plasma model for the study is cold, steady_state, nonuniform, collisional and magnetized. The nonuniform plasma slab is modeled by a series of subslabs. Each subslab has a fixed electron density. The overall density profile across the whole slab follows a practical distribution function. The limit result is consistent with that given in literature. The reflective characteristics as a function of nonuniform plasma parameters as well as the thickness of slab for a parabolic density profile are investigated.
