一种测量超声换能器导纳特性的新方法

【摘要】 介绍一种应用计算机快速测量超声换能器导纳特性的新方法.这种方法采用锁相环频率合成器作为测试信号源,通过软件编程控制频率合成器的频率变化;换能器在不同频率下的电压、电流及其相位差,通过A/D变换后送入计算机,求得换能器的导纳特性,测量结果以曲线的形式显示,并可存储及打印

【Abstract】 A new method of computer_aided fast measuring ultrasonic transducer’s admittance is introduced in the paper. In measuring, the PLL frequency synthesiser, whose frequency variance is controlled by programming, acts as the signal resource to be measured. Voltage, current and phase displacement of different frequency are transformed from analogue to digital and are sent to the computer. After calculation, the transducer’s admittance characters are obtained. The results are displayed in form of curves on the screen and they can be saved and printed.
