GPS ZrO2(YTZP)Si3N4复合材料的显微结构
MICROSTRUCTURE OF GPS ZrO2 (YTZP)Si3N4 COMPOSITES
【摘要】 采用透射电镜和扫描电镜对气氛加压烧结(GPS) 的ZrO2(Y_TZP)_Si3N4 复合材料的显微结构进行了研究. 发现主晶相β_Si3 N4 中普遍存在位错, 但分散于氮化硅基体中的ZrO2 对位错有钉扎作用; 并且发现ZrO2(Y_TZP)_Si3 N4 复合材料中存在晶界玻璃相结晶化现象.
【Abstract】 The microstructures of gas pressure sintering (GPS) ZrO 2 (Y_TZP)_Si 3N 4 composites were studied by TEM and SEM. Dislocations were found in the main phase β _Si 3N 4, but ZrO 2 particles dispersed in Si 3N 4 matrix could fix the dislocations. The phenomenon of crystallization of the glassy phase in grain boundaries was also found in ZrO 2 (Y_TZP)_Si 3N 4 composites.
