离散型生产系统物流批量优化分析

【摘要】 本文从企业生产系统整体角度, 分析了传统库存理论存在的问题, 分析了离散型生产系统各环节物流量关系及其物流变化规律, 以生产系统整体批量费用最小化为目标, 建立了生产系统各环节物流经济批量新算法, 为生产系统物流批量优化提供了新依据.

【Abstract】 The paper analyzes some of the problems relating to the conventional inventory theory from the perspective of the whole production system. It discusses such questions as the material flow relations among the various sections in the production system and the law of variation in the material flow. To minimize the costs of material flow in the production system, a new algorithm is established to determine the economical order quantity, the economical production batch size as well as the economical transport batch size. Thus, a new basis for optimizing the material flow in the integrated production system is provided.
