【Abstract】 Developing the tourism to help the poor means to exploit the abundant tourism resources in the poor area. While showing the tourists the historic site with resplendent civilization of long years old, the majestic mountains and beautiful rivers, the various natural conditions and social customs, and the attractive local human relationships, we can promote the local economic development in order to help the poor to be the rich.
