【Abstract】 Basing on the data of the territorial program of constructing villages and small towns of 108 natural villages having been planed, which comes from the practice for program of Jin Shui District of Zhengzhou Municipatity, this paper makes a synthetical and statistical analysis of them in computer. The authors provide realistic and rational targets for constructive program of territorial of villages and small towns.
