农药废液中氧乐果及其中间体土壤吸附系数和降解速率的测定
Determination of adsorption coefficient and degradation rate of omethoate and its intermediate in the pesticide wastewater in soil
【摘要】 针对农药厂高浓度铵磷废液中所含氧乐果及其合成中间体氧硫磷酯,测定了它们20 ℃时在三种供试土壤中的吸附系数和降解速率。实验结果表明:它们在土壤中的吸附行为服从Freundlich 等温吸附方程,20 ℃时氧乐果和氧硫磷酯的吸附系数分别为9 .62 、11 .52 、21 .36 和3372 .68 、4317 .87 、8153 .74 ,其吸附量随土壤有机碳含量升高及分子极性的减少而增大。土壤中的降解表现上遵循一级反应动力学关系,在20 ℃时均属易降解化合物,其降解速率常数分别为3 .89 ×10 - 2 、6 .07 ×10 - 2h- 1 和5 .35 ×10 - 2 、7 .68 ×10 - 2 、11 .26 ×10 - 2h - 1 ,半哀期分别为17 .82 、14 .87 、11 .42h 和12 .96 、9 .02 、6 .16h,其降解速率随土壤有机碳含量和初始浓度升高而增大。
【Abstract】 The adsorption coefficient and degradation rate of omethoate and its intermediate [0,0-dimethyl-S-(methyl acetate)-phosphorioate] in the pesticide wastewater were determinated in three kinds tested soil. The results showed that the adsorption of omethoate and its intermediate in soil fit the Freundlich equation, In 20℃ , the adsorption coefficient is 9.62, 11.52, 21.36 and 3372.68, 4317.87, 8153.76. The adsorptive capacity of the adsorbate. The degradation in soil obeys a first-order kinetic relationship. In 20℃, the apparent rate constant is 3.89×10\+\{-2\}, 4.66×10\+\{-2\}, 6.07×10\+\{-2\}h\+\{-1\} and 5.35×10\+\{-2\}, 7.68×10\+\{-2\}, 11.26×10\+\{-2\}h\+\{-1\}. The helf-Live is 17.82, 14.87, 11.42h and 12.96, 9.02, 6.16h. The degradation rate increase with increasing organic carbon of soil and initial concentration of the tested compounds. They are easiliy degradable toxic organics in soil.
