【摘要】 将地理信息系统（ＧＩＳ）技术应用到车辆定位、导航系统中，给出了用于车辆定位导航的电子地图的一种设计方案．讨论了研究电子地图在车辆定位、导航应用中的必要性和可行性．

【Abstract】 The application of GIS to the vehicle location and navigation system is studied.Besides,the necessity and feasibility is discused,and the design method for electronic map is put forward.
