非共轴螺旋面微孔钻钻尖的数学模型
Mathematical Model for Non Coaxial Helical Micro Drill Point
【摘要】 根据深微孔加工的特点,阐述了研究钻削深微孔用新型钻尖的重要性;建立了新型钻尖(非共轴螺旋面钻尖)后刀面和前刀面的数学模型;介绍了主切削刃的求解方法以及非共轴螺旋面钻尖后刀面的刃磨原理;得到了给定刃磨参数下钻尖的计算机仿真结果.
【Abstract】 According to the feature of deep micro hole drilling,the importance of studying new micro drill is introduced.The mathematical models for flank and rake of new micro drill point are set up.The solving method for main cutting edge and grinding principle for flank of non coaxial helical micro drill point is described.Simulating result of the drill point under given parameters is obtained.
