电力市场中日有功调度的最大熵技术法寻优
Max entropy Technology for Daily Active Power Scheduling in Electricity Market
【摘要】 鉴于中国电力工业的发展状况和电力市场过渡时期的特点,利用最大熵技术提出了以总发电容量成本最小和总发电电量成本最小的双目标决策模型
【Abstract】 Pricing becomes the basic means of market regulation as the establishment of electricity market.In consideration of the status of Chinese power industry and the characteristics of the transitional period of power system,a dual goal decision model based on the max entropy technology which aims at both minimal total capacity cost and minimal total electricity cost is proposed.This model will give attention to the benefits of both network dispatcher and generators.
