【Abstract】 It is introduced that the 21th century will be the ocean era,and that in order to occupy the important strategic point of ocean explaitation,many deleloped counries have laid down the strategy of marine sciences and technique or the plan of marine sciences in succession.In addition,this paper discusses the abundant natural resourses what the ocean of Hainan possesses and the strategic countermeasure to deal with its exploitation,and in the meantime,points out while exploiting the marine resourses,the department concerned must pay attention to the protection of marine ecological environment,so that the marine resourses can be continuously utilized and can concordantly develop.更多还原
