【摘要】 目的　为寻找简便有效的方法对良恶性胸水进行鉴别诊断。方法　采用放射免疫分析技术对健康对照组３０ 例、已确诊的恶性胸水组１５ 例、良性胸水组３３ 例血清及胸水进行ＣＡ－５０、ＣＥＡ平行对照检测。结果　恶性胸水组血清及胸水ＣＡ－ ５０、ＣＥＡ水平显著高于良性胸水组。结论　提示对胸水进行ＣＡ－ ５０ 、ＣＥＡ检测有利于良恶性胸水鉴别诊断，且ＣＡ－ ５０ 与ＣＥＡ联合检测可提高恶性胸水诊断阳性率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To search an easy and effective method for the differential diagnosis between benign and malignant hyolrothorax.Methods The radioimmunoassay technique was used.The CA-50 level and CEA level of serum and hydrothorax were determined in 15 patients with malignant hydrothorax and in 33 patients with benign hydrothorax,and in 30 healthy persons as the control.Resulyts The results showed that the CA-50 level and CEA level of serum and hydrothorax in malignant hydrothorax were significant higher than those in bening hydrothorax ( P <0.01).Conclusions It suggested that the hydrothorax CA-50 and CEA determination be effective for the differential diagnosis between bening and malignant hydrothoraxes. The positive diagnostic rate of malignant hydrothorax would be increased when the combined determination of CA-50 and CEA was used. [更多还原
