【摘要】 目的观察纤支镜微波治疗气管支气管肿瘤疗效。方法16例经纤支镜检查病理确诊的气管支气管肿瘤病人，胸片和胸部CT仅有肺不张或阻塞性肺炎，未发现肺内和纵隔占位病变，在纤支镜下行微波治疗并追踪。结果良性肿瘤8例，其中腺瘤5例，炎性肉芽肿3例，治疗2～6次，临床症状缓解，肺不张或阻塞性肺炎消失，纤支镜下见新生物均完全脱落，追踪0．5～9年未见复发。恶性肿瘤8例，其中鳞癌6例，腺癌1例，小细胞肺癌1例，微波治疗2～9次，临床症状减轻，3例肺不张复张，1例肺不张部分复张，纤支镜下见新生物均有缩小，3例完全脱落，追踪2个月～1年均复发或转移。结论微波治疗气管支气管肿瘤疗效确切，对良性肿瘤可治愈，替代手术治疗，对恶性肿瘤仅可作为一种辅助治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the therapeutic effects of bronchofibroscope microwave on tracheo-bronchial tumors. Methods 16 tracheo-bronchial tumor patients, who had got through bronchofibroscope pathological diagnosis of atelectasis or obstructive peneumonia on chest X-ray or chest CT but of no massive change in the lungs and mediastina, were treatedwith bronchofibroscope-microwave and followed up. Results 8 benign tumor patients(5 with bronchial adenoma and 3 with inflammatory granuloma) were treated 2-6times. The clinical symptoms and atelectasis or obstructive peneumonia disappeared and the intraluminal neoplasma disappeared thoroughly. After 0.5- 9 year follow-up, no reoccurance was found. 8 malignant tumor patients (6 with squamous cell carcinoma, 1 with adenocarcinoma, 1 with small undifferential carcinoma ) weretreated 2- 9 times, clinical symptoms greatly decreased, atelectasis disappeared completely in 3 patients and partly in 1 patient, and intraluminal neoplasma became smaller and disappeared in 3 patients. Within aperiod of 2 months to 1 year followup relapse or metastases occurred. Conchusions The therapeutic effects of bronchofibroscope-microwave on tracheo-bronchial tumor are reliable, which can serve as a radical treatment mode instead of surgery to benign tumors and as an asistant measure to malignant tumors.更多还原
