【摘要】 目的：探讨极化液（GIK）对缺血性脑血管病的疗效。方法：应用GIK对随机选择的30例缺血性脑血管病的患者进行2周的治疗。应用临床神经功能缺损标准对疗效进行判定，并与对照组比较。结果：GIK治疗组评分于治疗后第1d、3d、1周、2周，均高于对照组。两组比较P＜0．01。结论：GIK对缺血脑组织具有保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 To discuss the curative effect of polarization liquid (GIK) on cerebrovascular diseases. Methods: 30 caseswere selected randomly to be treated with GIK for two weeks and made assessment of curative effect with the clinical neuro-funchonal defectstandard so that to compare with control group. Results: The results of test group were better than controlgroup in 1d,3d, 1w and 2w. P < 0.01. Conclusion: GIK may have protective function to ischemic cerebral tissue.更多还原
