【摘要】 目的：分析原发性输尿管癌14例。临床表现主要以血尿和腰痛为主，主要诊断方法为排泄性尿路造影、膀胱镜检查及逆行输尿管插管造影。治疗方法以患侧肾、输尿管切除及膀胱袖状切除为主。对分级、分期低及输尿管下1／3段肿瘤可行保守治疗。放疗、化疗可作为辅助治疗。结论：必须提高对该病的认识，提高早期确诊能力，应用合理的治疗方案，提高生存率。更多还原

【Abstract】 After analyzed 14 cases primary carcinoma of the ureter, the conclusion was obtained tha the main clinical manifestation were hemouria and back pain and the diagnostic methods were the excretion uroscopy, cystoscopy and retrograde urography , and the main treatment were the renal resection, ureter resection and urine bladder sleeve resection. The conservative treatment could be taken in lower degree of differentiation tumor combined with chemotherapy and radiotherapy. The conclusion was to elevate the recognition of this disease and ability of diagnosi and use reasonable treatment metods so that increase the survive rate.更多还原
