【摘要】 目的：为了解皮下盲袢在复杂性肝内胆管结石治疗中的作用，并评价其疗效。方法：对11例复杂性肝内胆管结石采用带盲袢的Roux－en－Y胆肠吻合术联合不同范围的肝切除术，术后经盲袢做介入性诊断和治疗。结果：附加皮下盲袢的Roux－en－Y胆肠吻合术疗效评价中优良率达91％，高于国内报道的85％。且皮下盲袢的建立在术后复查、造影、取石、冲洗、扩张、防止返流的发生具有独特的优越性。结论：建立皮下盲袢应是复杂性肝内胆管结石的治疗原则，值得推广和运用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim:To study the action of the subcutaneous blind - loop in treatment of the complicated intra - hepatic bile duct calculus and assess its curative effect. Methods:The different ranged hepatomy combined with Roux - en = - Y gallbladder - intestinal anatomosis were taken for 11 patients. The invasive diagnosis and treatment were undrgone wia blindloop post - operation. Results: There was advantage in postoperative reexamination, contrast study, distension and reflux prevention. The assessment of theis method was better than others (91 % ). Conclusion: To establish the subcutaneous blindloop should be the treatment principle of the complicated intra - hepatic bile duct calculus.更多还原
