【摘要】 目的：探讨肺泡癌的诊断和治疗。方法：自1975—06～1994—06共收治的经病理诊断的肺泡癌34例，分析其临床，X线及病理特点，并对其生存期的关系进行分析。结果：局限性肺泡细胞癌手术切除后5年生存率为50％，比其它型肺泡癌相对好，弥漫肺泡细胞癌预后不良，中位生存期只有2．5个月。结论：肺泡细胞癌的诊断、治疗与预后因病理分型而异。更多还原

【Abstract】 To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of alvoelar cell carcinoma. Methods: 34 cases of alvoelar cell carcinoma were treated from 1975 - 1994 in our hospital, and it were analysed in characteristics on the clinic, X- ray, pathology and the relationships between pathology and survive rate. Results: The 5 year survive rate was about 50% after resection in localized type and better than other types. The median survive rate was only about 2. 5 months in diffused thpe.
