【摘要】 目的:探讨P21^wafl/cipl基因在人骨肉瘤中的作用,了解其在骨肉瘤、骨软骨瘤和正常骨组织中的表达。方法:应用免疫组化LASB法和原位杂交方法,检测了P21^wafl/cipl蛋白及P21^wafl/cipl基因在40例骨肉瘤、20例骨软骨瘤和20例正常骨组织中的表达。结果:骨肉瘤组织中P21^wafl/cipl蛋白的阳性反应和阳性反应强度均明显高于骨软骨瘤和正常骨组织,其差异有显著付（P<0.05）。而骨肉瘤组织中P21^wafl/cipl基因的阳性表达率却低于骨软骨瘤和正常骨组织,但骨肉瘤阳性反应的41.2％为中度和强阳性表达;骨软骨瘤和正常骨组织中均为弱或微弱的阳性表达。结论:人骨肉瘤中存在P21^wafl/cipl蛋白的积聚和P21^wafl/cipl基因的过表达。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: TO study the action of p21wafl/cipl gene in human obteosarcoma (OST) and expression conditoons in the osteosarcoma and osteochondroma (OCH) as well as normal osseous tissue (NOT). Method: Positive experession of Peases of OCH and 20 cases of NOT with LSAB immunohistochemical technigue and in situ hybridization using cDNA. Results: The positive reaction rate and intensity of P21wafl/cipl protein was sig-nificandy higher in OST specimens than in OCH and NOT specimens( P < 0.05) . However, the positive expression tare of P21wafl/cipl gene was lower in OST specimens than in OCH and NOT specimens. 41.2% (7/17) of positive expression was noderate of strong positive in OST specimens. The positive experssion of OCH and ONT specimens was weak or very weak positive. Conclusion: There is accumulation of p21wafl/cipl protein and overexepes-sion of p21 gene in OST.更多还原
