用二阶导数光谱法测定脑得生片中葛根素含量
Quantitative Determination of Puerarin in Naodesheng Tablet by Derivative spectrum Method
【摘要】 用二阶导数光谱法测定脑得生对中葛根素的含量，可以较好的消除其它成分的干扰，方法简便、灵敏、快速、准确、回收率达９９．０８％，ＲＳＤ＝１．２１％。
【Abstract】 With 2nd Derivative Spectrum, we carry on the content determination ofPuerariin Naodesheng Dablets. It can delimitate the disturbance of other constitution inthisdrug. And the method is simple, convenient, sensitive, rapid and accurate, the recovery is99.08%, RSD% = 1.21
