农作物秸杆发酵剂的开发利用─—低温干燥对发酵剂菌种活力和酶活力影响的研究
THE EXPLOITATION AND UTILIZATION OF FERMENTATION AGENTS IN CROPS TRAWS--STUDIES ON THE INFLUENCE OF STRAINS SURVIAL RATES ANDENZYMES ACTIVITY OF FERMENTATION AT LOW TEMPERATURE
【摘要】 通过对低温干燥前后发酵剂各组分的菌数和产酶活性比较，表明４５℃干燥发酵剂时菌种存活率和酶活力较高，且干燥后保存活力降低较小。
【Abstract】 Compared survial rates and enzymes activity of components of fermentation agentsDried former and later.The results showed that the best tempeyature drying the agents is 45℃And the dried strains surlyal rates and enzyme activity are hight at room temperature.
