【Abstract】 To counter the disadvantages of traditional network -disconnecting and load - shedding device such as difficult to set setting- value, less accuracy and lower automation a kind of new comprehensive device is studied and made with microcomputer. It has three functions: network-disconnecting, capacitor-setting and load-shedding, and thuas will have vast appliction prospect.
