含磺酸基AA-AM共聚物的合成及阻垢性能
Synthesis and Scale Inhibition Ability of Sulfonated AA-AM Copolymer
【摘要】 用溶液聚合法合成了丙烯酸-丙烯酰胺共聚物,经化学改性在聚合物分子链上引入磺酸基,制得含磺酸基的共聚物。用IR、1 H-NMR和热分析方法对产物进行了表征和测定,并研究了其阻垢性能。结果表明:合成产物是一种性能优良的阻垢分散剂。
【Abstract】 A copolymer of acrylic acid (AA) and acrylamide(AM) was synthesized by water solution polymerization,and then sulfonic acid group was intruduced to the copolymer molecular chain by chemical modification.The sulfonated AA AM copolymer(AA AM S) was prepared.AA AM S was characterized by IR,NMR,TG and DTA.Factors effecting the efficiency of scale inhibition were studied.The experiment results show that AA AM S is an excellent scale inhibitor.\;
