【Abstract】 The characteristics of mordern high-tech war and the relationships between air combat and bombing are analysed based on military theory. The results derived are that air attack is the most important pattern of morden war and attack aircraft are the most ideal air weapon to achieve that purpose. According to the proportions of fighter aircraft to attack aircraft in other countries, Concluded that attack aircraft should become the main character of airpower.
