【摘要】 目的：评价非络地平缓释片（康宝得维）的临床疗效和安全性。方法：采用随机，单盲，平行对照的方法，用选择性钙离子拮抗剂非络地平缓释片对高血压病进行为期６周的治疗观察，并与另一选择性钙离子拮抗剂苯磺氨氯地平（络活喜）［１］进行对比，共有４０例病人完成此项观察研究，其中对照组２０例。非络地平缓释片的剂量为５ｍｇ～１０ｍｇ，苯磺氨氯地平为５ｍｇ。结果：非络地平缓释片总有效率９５．０％，服药６周后平均收缩压（ＳＢＰ）及舒张压（ＤＢＰ）分别下降３．１９ｋｐａ及２．５５ｋｐａ，苯磺氨氯地平组总有效率９０．０％，ＳＢＰ及ＤＢＰ的下降幅度为３．４５ｋｐａ及２．３１ｋｐａ。两组总有效率无显著差别，不良反应均较少。结论：非络地平缓释片是一种安全有效的抗高血压药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To estimate the efficacy and safety of extended release felodipine tablets. METHODS: A comparative study of Extended release felodipine tablets (felo,5-10mg/d)with amlodipine (amlo,5mg/d) was carried out in 40 patients with mild and essential hypertension (EH).Treatment lasted for 6 weeks in a randomized,single blind design RESULTS: Total effective rate was 95.0% in felo group and 90.0% in amlo group.SBP and DBP reductions in felo group were 3.19 kpa and 2.55kpa,and in amlo group 3.45kpa and 2.31kpa.There was no significant difference in total effective rate between the two groups. CONCLUSLON :Extended release felodipine tablets is effective and well tolerated in treating hypertensive patients.更多还原
