【摘要】 目的：为研究白细胞介素８（ Ｉ Ｌ－ ８） ，在寻常型银屑病病理形成的持续性作用；方法：我们采取按时间顺序连续性取材，对其用抗 Ｉ Ｌ－ ８ 抗体进行免疫组化测定；结果：早期病理变化轻微的皮损已经有了 Ｉ Ｌ－ ８ 的表达，随着病理变化的日益典型化， Ｉ Ｌ－ ８ 的沉积部位下移，由表皮下层至真皮层；结论： Ｉ Ｌ－ ８ 是贯穿于寻常型银屑病病理的发生、发展的重要启动因素之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:In order to know how IL-8 take continous effect to formation of dermal pathology of psoriasis; METHODS:We took fresh biopsy speimens of acute eruptive guttate psoriasis,according to duration of its appearance and made them stained with IL-8,RESULTS:IL-8 can be marked in the reratincytes in early stage of psoriasis,and moves downward to the deepth of epidermal and dermal as the dermal pathology is gradually formed.CONLUSION:IL-8 is one of important facts which set up the mechanism of psoriasis.更多还原
