【Abstract】 By adopting the gray system theory, we make scientificaly the calculation fordemanding qualified scientists and technicians of state - owned institutions and enterprises,and we calculate the requirement of qualified scientists and technicians in sfate - owned institutions and enterprises in 12 years from now on.
