【Abstract】 The boundary friction status on the interface of sheet metal and die surface was discussed. The different lubricant recipes are used for different materials, deformation modes and deformation degrees. The main effect of commonly used lubricants on the sheet metal forming is given. The filming principles of the wet film lubricants widely used in sheet metal forming are studied. This paper also gives two kinds of water_based lubricants widely used in deep and shallow drawing processes of stainless steel sheet metals.更多还原
