证券交易场所空气溶血性链球菌污染状况调查

【摘要】 为了解证券交易场所空气溶血性链球菌(HS)的污染状况,对三家证券交易场所空气溶血性链球菌(HS)及细菌总数(BT)在不同时间段进行采样检测,结果表明,证券交易场所空气HS浓度营业后明显高于营业前,且有随着人均容积减小而升高的趋势。三家证券交易场所空气HS浓度均值分别为72CFU/m3、64CFU/m3、79CFU/m3,其中超过36CFU/m3的检测点分别占87.5%、75.0%、82.5%。三家证券交易场所空气BT的浓度均值均未超过2000CFU/m3。说明证券交易场所HS污染比BT严重。HS比BT更能反映生物性污染状况。建议将证券交易场所纳入《公共场所卫生管理条例》的管理范畴,并制订相应的空气HS卫生标准。

【Abstract】 To study the pollution of hemolytic streptococcus in the air of stock exchange halls,the concentrations of hemolytic streptococcus and total count of bacteria were determined in 3 stock exchange halls in different time during one dayThe results showed that the concentrations of hemolytic streptococcus in the indoor air after business were higher than those before business,and showed a tendency to increase with the decrease of average volume of per capita.The mean concentration of hemolytic streptococcus in 3 stock exchange halls were 72 CFU/m3,64 CFU/m3,79 CFU/m3 respectivelyThe frequencies of detected hemolytic streptococcus concentrations in air over 36 CFU/m3 took up 875%,750%,825% of the total samples of every hall respectivelyThe mean value of total count of bacteria in air of 3 halls didn’t exceed 2 000 CFU/m3It indicated that the pollution of hemolytic streptococcus was more serious than that of the total count of bacteria in the air of stock exchange hallsThe index-concentration of hemolytic streptococcus could reflect the biological pollution of indoor air much better than that of the total count of bacteria didIt was suggested that the air quality of stock exchange halls should be brought into the administration of Public Places Sanitation Administration Regulations,and the sanitary standard of hemolytic streptococcus for its air quality should be established
