【Abstract】 By using monolithic X-ray lens, the direct beam intensity irradiating on crystalwas 1 to 2 order of magnitude higher than the traditional method with the doublefocusing mirrors. The diffracted X-ray intensity was increased by about 5 tAnes, andthe resolution was improved by 0.02 - 0.06nm . The signal to noise ratio was alsoimproved, and the time of measurement was reduced.更多还原
