【Abstract】 A procedure used to determine 90Sr content in 89Sr product was developed.According to the decay principle, 90Sr maintains long term equilibrium with daughtercoy. So, 90Sr content can be determined through 90Y determination. Paperchromatography was used to separate yttrium from stronium, accurate determinationsof 89Sr content and 90Y content were obtained on the basis of half-life measuringmethod.
