【Abstract】 The p-tert-butylcalix[4]-arene and p-tert-butylcalix[4]-arene acetate havebeen synthesized. The solvent extraction of uranium(VI ) with p-tert-butylcalix[4]-arene acetate was studied, including the effects of acidity in aqueous phase andconcentration of extractant in organic phase on the distribusion ratio.
