化感物质对硝酸还原酶活性影响的研究

【摘要】 3种来自小麦秸杆腐解过程中产生的化感物质(阿魏酸、苯甲酸、对羟基苯甲酸),在不同浓度及不同pH条件下对硝酸还原酶活性的影响实验结果表明,阿魏酸(t-FA)在0.26、2.58、5.15mmol/L浓度下对硝酸还原酶活性均表现出一定的抑制作用,抑制率分别为0.52%,11.6%和9.02%;苯甲酸(BA)在4.09、8.19mmol/L浓度下对硝酸还原酶的活性有抑制作用,其抑制率分别为18.4%和6.98%,在0.41mmol/L浓度下则表现出促进作用,促进率为3.07%;对羟基苯甲酸(p-HA)在0.36、1.81、3.62mmol/L浓度下对硝酸还原酶活性均表现出促进作用,促进率分别为6.86%、15.8%和8.73%,其中以1.81mmol/L浓度促进作用最强.阿魏酸,苯甲酸在不同pH下(pH6、pH7、pH8)对硝酸还原酶活性均表现出一定的抑制作用,其中pH6最为明显.阿魏酸在pH6时抑制率为11.6%,苯甲酸的抑制率为18.4%.阿魏酸、苯甲酸和对羟基苯甲酸3种化感物质的混合液,在pH6时对硝酸还原酶活性表现出显著的促进作用,促进率为12.7%,在pH7和pH8条件下则表现出抑制作用,抑制率分别为5?

【Abstract】 This paper described the research results on influence of trans ferulic acid (t FA),benzoic acid (BA) and p hydroxybenzoic acid (p HA) isolated from decomposition of wheat straw on the activity of nitrate reductases in different concentration and different pH. The results showed that the activity of nitrate reductases was inhibited by t FA under the concentration of 0.26, 2.58 and 5.15 mmol/L, and BA under the concentration of 4.09 and 8.19 mmol/L, the inhibition rate was 0.52%, 11.6%, 9.02%,18.4%,and 6.98%,respectively.0 41 mmol/L of BA, however, displayed some stimulation to nitrate reductases, the stimulation rate was 3.07%. The activity of nitrate reductases was stimulated by p HA under the concentration of 0.36, 1.81,3.62mmol/L, the stimulation rate was 6.86%, 15.8% and 8.73%, respectively. The more strong stimulation was observed at 1.81 mmol/L of p HA. The effect of different pH values on the activity of nitrate reductases was also studied. pH 6 for t FA and BA showed a obvious inhibition effect, the inhibition rate was 11.6% and 18.4%, respectively. The mixture of t FA,BA and p HA at pH6 showed a significant stimulation to nitrate reductases and inhibition effect at pH7 and pH8. between production of NO 2 N and residue of NO 3 N there was relationship.
