潮湿气氛下Ca(OH)2与SO2反应动力学研究
STUDY ON REACTION KINETICS OF CALCIUM HYDROXIDE WITH SULFUR DIOXIDE IN A HUMID ATMOSPHERE
【摘要】 本文用固定床积分反应器研究潮湿气氛下Ca(OH)2与SO2的反应动力学.根据干燥条件下几乎不发生反应的实验现象,提出了反应在水膜中以离子方式进行的论点,并建立了反应速率方程,通过对实验数据的回归,求得了动力学参数.运用所获的动力学方程计算的钙转化率与实验值拟合较好,说明所建立的水膜离子反应模型能较好地描述氢氧化钙与二氧化硫的反应机理,并进行了讨论
【Abstract】 This paper summarizes the research kinetics of reactions of calcium hydroxide with sulfur dioxide in a humid atmosphere. In view of the fact that basically no reaction occurs under dry condition , it is considered to be taken place in the water film, in the form of ionic reactions. A reaction rate equation is established. By regression of experimental data, the kinetic parameters were obtained. Calcium conversions calculated by use of the rate equation correspond well with the experimental data, showing that the water film ionic reaction model describes well the reaction mechanism of calcium hydroxide with sulfur dioxide humid condition.
