活性炭动态吸附处理味精废水的研究
Treatment of Monosodium Glutamate Wastewater by Dynamic Adsorption with Activated Carbon
【摘要】 采用颗粒状活性炭,动态吸附处理味精废水。对动态法的工艺条件进行了系统的研究。通过实验,确定该法最佳工艺条件:pH=4.50~5.00、吸附等温方程式q=19.6c0.468、每千克活性炭可处理废水60L~80L,采用20%硫酸溶液对活性炭再生,浸泡时间3h~4h。
【Abstract】 How to treat monosodium glutamate wastewater by dynamic adsorption with activated carbon was studied. The operation conditions of dynarnic adsorption had been studied. The result showed that optimum conditions were pH= 4. 50 ~ 5. 00, isothermal equation of adsorption was q=19. 61 c0.468 and adrirption volume was 60 L ~ 80 L wastewater/kg activated carbon. Activated carbon was regenerated by 20% sulphuric acid. Optimum time of regneration was 3 hours~4 hours.
