【摘要】 目的 评价经导管栓塞治疗消化道动脉性出血的效果。方法 6例消化道动脉性大出血患者,血管造影证实出血部位后,经4 F或5 F Cobra导管用明胶海绵颗粒(2mm×2mm×2mm)或明胶海绵棒(2mm×2mm×2mm)行出血动脉栓塞。结果 全部病例均即刻止血,未见严重并发症。结论 经导管栓塞治疗对不同原因所致消化道大出血患者安全、有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of transcatheter embolotherapy in patients with arterial hemorrhage from digestive tract. Methods There are 6 cases with atrerial hemorrhage from digestive tract. Each lo-cational bleeding was confirmed by angiography, and a 4For 5F Cobra catheter was used to embolize the hemor-rhagic arteries. Gelfoam particle (2mm× 2cm×2cm) or gelfoam bar was used as embolic material. Results The bleeding was stopped immediately in all cases. No severe complications were encountered. Conclusion Transcatheter embolotherapy is an effective and safe means of managing different kinds of hemorrhage from digestive tract.更多还原
