【摘要】 在分析山西能源基地水资源特征、开发利用现状和存在的主要问题的基础上，提出了水资源合理开发与持续利用的对策

【Abstract】 On the base of analyzing the properties of water resources in Shanxi energy sources base and developing and utilizing the present situation and the existing main problems,the countermeasures for rational development and sustainable utilization of water resources are presented in this paper.
