【摘要】 首先阐述了区域经济系统环境辨识与诊断模型的基本原理及建模步骤，然后从郑州市农村经济实际出发，建立了郑州市农村经济系统辨识与诊断模型，得出了影响郑州市农村经济系统的重要因素、有利因素、潜力因素和制约因素．模型运算结果表明，目前郑州市农村经济系统中存在着农业产出水平低、人口增长过快、工业效益差等主要问题．还找出了问题的主要根源：教育水平低；科技管理人才缺乏；宏观调控不力．更多还原

【Abstract】 The fundamental principle and work steps of the identifying and diagnosing model for regional economic systems are described. On the basis of Zhengzhou rural economic system, the identifying and diagnosing model is developed, the important factors, including favourable factors, potential factors and restrictive factors, affecting the system are analysed. The results show that, at present, the main problems are the low agricultural output, the rapid increase of population, the poor economic benefit of industry, and so on. The main causes of these problems are low education level, lack of qualified personnel of science and administration, and lack of effective macrocontrol.更多还原
