【Abstract】 At present , as a kind of welding material, the development of the flux-cored is the fastest at home, and its output is increasing sharply. But it remains to be produced with sheet steel. Based on developing the economic and practical new product, authors researched a new technology, which can produce directly flux-cored with rolling coil of wire being heated (H08A). And developed the flux-cored with diameter range from 1.2mm to 3.2mm.
