流动注射分光光度法测定水中痕量氟化物
Determination of Trace Fluoride in Water by Flow Injection Spectrophotometry
【摘要】 研究并建立了测定水中痕量氟化物的氟试剂(ALC)-流动注射分光光度法。将水样注入到水载流中,与ALC-La(Ⅲ)丙酮水溶液(pH 5.0)混合,在50℃时反应生成蓝色三元络合物,在分光光度计上于波长618nm 处进行检测。F- 测定的线性范围为0.04~3.0m g/L,检出限为0.036m g/L。测定频率为45次/h。本法灵敏度高、选择性较好、分析速度快;可用于测定自来水和废水中痕量氟化物。
【Abstract】 An alizarin complexone(ALC) flow injection spectrophotometric method for determination of trace fluoride in water has been studied.The water sample injected into the carrier flow of water was mixed with the ALC La(Ⅲ)acetone aqueous solution flow(pH5.0).The blue ternary complex formed by the reaction at 50℃ was spectrophotometrically detected at λ max 618nm.The linear range is 0.04~3.0mg/L F -.The detection limit is 0.036mg/L F -.The determination frequency is 45times/h.The method has high sensitivity,better selectivity and fast analytical speed.It can be applied to the determination of trace fluoride in tap water and wastewater.
