无刷直流电动机磁场计算与分析
THE MAGNET FIELD CALCULATION AND ANALYSIS OF BRUSHLESS DC MOTOR
【摘要】 提出了一种多极永磁同步电动机,以直流无刷方式运行,采用外转子结构,可应用于电动车辆的车轮驱动。介绍了该电机的基本结构,采用有限元法分析了电机的电磁场,计算结果与实验数据基本吻合,电机运行状况良好,与设计要求相符合。
【Abstract】 This paper presents a novel multipolar permanent magnet synchronous motor which takes external rotor and can be used as brushless DC motor to drive electrical vehicles. The structure of this motor is introduced. In order to get the precise data, the finite element method is used to analyse the motor′s magnet field. Computer simulation and experimental results show that the motor works well and conforms to design demand.
