空间飞行器杆系结构金属接头的有限元分析
Finite element analysis of metal joints in member structure of space vehicles
【摘要】 讨论了复合材料杆系结构中金属接头几何造型特点,以图形软件为基础,从数据库中提取相贯曲线及其参数,最终形成金属接头的有限元模型. 根据其所受载荷特点,进行了有限元分析,解决了某空间飞行器支架结构复合材料杆系金属接头的强度和变形的计算问题. 实践证明,该建模方法简捷、准确,用户只需要修改若干基本参数,便可以直接生成复杂的金属接头结构的有限元模型,为金属接头的优化设计奠定了基础.
【Abstract】 Using the graph software, intersecting curves as well as relative parameters obtained from the database. The FEM models are formed for metal joints in composite member structures. FEM analysis has been done with properties of applied loads. By this method the strength and deformation calculation problem of metal joints of composite member structures for one space vehicle has been solved. It has been proved in practice that this modeling method is simple and correct. Only some basic input parameters are needed before the FEM model of a complicated metal joint structure can be generated directly. This work lays a foundation for the optimizing design of metal joints.
