毛细抽吸两相流体回路(CPL)的启动特性研究
Study on Starting characteristics of capillary pumped loop
【摘要】 分析了毛细抽吸两相流体回路(CPL)的启动过程,对蒸发器提出了物理模型和数学模型.将启动过程中蒸发器内毛细芯的传热过程看成是非稳态导热,对蒸发器壁采用集总参数法,应用能量守恒原理进行了分析求解,得到了CPL启动过程中蒸发器壁面温度随时间的变化规律.在建成的CPL3工程模型实验台上进行了实验,实验结果与理论值符合的较好.
【Abstract】 Analysis the starting process of capillary pumped loop and proposes both Physical and mathemaic models for the evaporator; with the heat transfer of the capillary core in the evaporator ddring srarting taken as a non-steady hea transfer, establishes the law goveming the temperature variation with time over the evaporato wall during CPL starting by applying the lumped parameter methed to the evaporato wall and following the conservation of energy prionciple in conducting analsis for soution; tests run on CPL3 engineethe medel test bench showed good agreementbetween experimental results and thcoretical values.
