【摘要】 板壳结构的动静应力集中是现代力学研究中的重要课题．本文在查阅和分析研究大量国内外有关文献资料的基础上，分析了当前板壳结构开孔动态与静态应力集中问题的研究现状，总结了前人与作者的研究工作．论述了求解板壳结构开孔应力集中问题的各种分析方法，指出了当前板壳结构研究中的热点问题，如非线性力学、各向异性层合板壳、多场耦合等问题，展望了板壳等工程结构动强度问题研究的发展趋势．更多还原

【Abstract】 Dynamic stress concentrations in plates and shells with cutouts is an important problem in modern mechanics. By consulting a large number of references, advanes in reserch on dynamic stress and static stress concentrations in plates and shells with cutouts have been investigated and presented. Our works and other achievements concerning this problem are summarized. Some prospective key problems are proposed.
