新型的汽轮机后加载叶型的研究

【摘要】 与传统的汽轮机叶片负荷分布采用沿流向均匀分布规律,或最大气动负荷点位于叶片前缘的前部加载分布规律所不同的是,具有后部加载叶型的透平叶片,其最大气动负荷位置明显向下游方向移动.这种负荷分布形式使得具有后部加载叶型的叶片具有良好的攻角适应性,以及降低二次流损失的特点.在对国产20万千瓦透平机组进行改造中,采用了以后部加载叶型代替原始传统叶型这一改造措施。通过叶栅实验对具有后部加载叶型的高压级叶栅和原型叶栅进行了对比吹风实验.实验结果表明,后部加载叶型能有效地控制叶栅内二次流动,使瑞壁损失明显降低.采用后部加载叶型对国产老机组进行改造是可行的.

【Abstract】 The distribution of blade load along conventional blade surface is different fiom that along the new blade with rear-loaded profile whose maximal aerodynamic load Iocates downstream. The turbine blade with this particular load distribution is insensitive to the variety of incidence angles, in addition, it can reduce the secondary loss. So the rear-looded profile for steam turbine blade now is commonly used to build high efficiency turbine units. Com-bined with the retrofit project of homemade 200MW turbine unit, cascade experiments of turbine blades with this profile and with conventional profile were carried out. The experimental results show that this profile has a obvious effect on the reduction of secondary loss in the cascade, which concludes that is favorale by using this profile to improve the old turbine units.
