【Abstract】 In this paper, the heat transfer equation is used to establish a theoretical model of thethickness calculation of fire resisting covering of CFST. A computer procedure is compiled. Based onthe determination for the fire resistance and the critical temperature of CFST, the thickness of coveringis acquired.
