股份合作制改革中资本结构优化探讨
Research on the Optimization of Capital Structure in the Stock Cooperative System Reformation
【摘要】 资本结构调整优化是股份合作制改革的一项重要内容。对改革中如何进行资本结构的调整和优化，提出了可行的程序和方法。
【Abstract】 The optimization of capital structure is an important part of the stock cooperative system reformation. The procedure and methods that can be used for the adjustment and optimization of capital structure are advanced.
